Fees for Therapy
The fees for Psychological Services for students at school are very low particularly when you consider the recommended rate of $251 per session put forth by the Australian Psychological Society. Please contact the centre to discuss the fees.
A Rebate exists for those on a Mental Health Care Plan 6-10 sessions of individual therapy and group sessions per year.

Fees for Assessment
The number of assessment sessions required depends on both the type of assessment being conducted as well as the individual completing the test. A typical comprehensive cognitive and educational assessment for the diagnosis of learning disorders would cost $1750, if a ADHD is being considered an extra $450 is added. To conduct an assessment for Autism can cost between $1750-3100. Please contact the centre to discuss your needs.
Medicare rebates and Private health care funds may offer rebates on some psychological services such as Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Attention Deficit Disorder. To claim a rebate you must obtain a referral in the form of a mental health care plan from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. However psychological assessment and reports are not covered by medicare. DBT in schools is registered for NDIS. Please contact your provider for further information.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and ours and our policy requires clients to change or cancel 1 working day in advance of the appointment. This allows us time to offer your appointment to someone else who may be waiting.
Appointments cancelled with less than 1 working days notice will attract a cancellation fee.
